- Stinapa fee
Nature Fee card (Stinapa Tag). This does not apply to cruise passengers. The sea around Bonaire and Klein Bonaire (Bonaire National Marine Park) is protected and managed by Stinapa. Users (also snorkeling and water activities) are required to pay a fee, known as the nature fee. Get your Stinapa tag online via https://stinapa.bonairenaturefee.org
- Cancellation terms
No cancellation fee will be charged if booking is cancelled 14 days prior to the tour date.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the tour date.
No show will be charged 100% of the booking sum.
- What happens to my reservation if the weather is bad?
Should adverse conditions like rain, wind, or thunderstorms unexpectedly arise, we will make every attempt to adjust the schedule. If rescheduling proves impractical due to the conclusion of the holiday, you will, of course, be issued a refund.
